PURPOSE OF OMEGA TAU PI SORORITY, INC.

 

            Omega Tau Pi is the Sister organization to the Brothers of Upsilon Phi Upsilon.  We are committed to bridging the gaps in sisterhood among women and creating relationships and bonds that nurture each individual with the support and love they need to reach their full potentials.  Social involvement, cultural growth, and community leadership, motivated the Founders to establish the organization.  However expression of culture and self-improvement was missing out of society, so as a means to create a more unified and efficient relation for themselves and others, these ideals were established.

         This organization was established to afford young ladies, who have made a decision to excel and be a part of something bigger than themselves, an opportunity to join forces with like-minds.  By enhancing the ideals and principles of each member; nurturing a spirit of friendship and ownership, achieving excellence is possible.  Finding expression through our talents, which resembles our culture, motivates and teaches, building conducive atmospheres for forward movement.  Through community service we remain socially relevant which is paramount to the Founders. Collectively we use these standards to strive for the common vision of unity.  Above all this, we want to establish faith and trust in the Lord GOD almighty among our Upsilon and Omega Tau Pi Family.  For it is in Him only, that our purpose is fulfilled-will be fulfilled...
